Exercise is not only good for adults, but also for kids. Kids used to enjoy a lot of exercise by running around and playing outside, or simply just by getting excited. But now, kids are not so fond of running and playing outdoors anymore. Modern technology has given them a new concept of “fun” and “play.” Video games keep them indoors always longer than they should and playgrounds and vacant spots are not as popular as before. The lurking dangers that come with kids playing unsupervised outside have made it almost impossible for them to do it. And because of that, some fitness exercises must not only be encouraged but most of all incorporated in kids’ daily activities. Most especially since kids today like to drink soda and most often gorge on many junk foods and fast foods.
