In studying various manuals concerning meditation techniques and practices, and even when working in group meditation programs, the main concern for most is the methodology. Particularly in the West, people are typically most interested in the “technique” of meditation. However, it is crucial to know that the most important aspect of meditation practice is not method. Rather, it is our state of being, the ’spirit’ in which we perform meditation techniques, which is known as the meditation “posture.”

When we say an individual is ‘telepathic’ what is it that we really mean by this? The idea is usually considered science fiction or mysticism and is just dismissed by most people. But think of what science has made possible. Everyday we live with cell phones, computers and use of invisible radio and micro waves which retrieve the information we need. Hundreds of jets (controlled by computers) take off and land everyday world wide.

In layman’s terms, telepathy is simply the transfer of thoughts, feelings, and/or emotions between one person and another, using only the power of their minds.

Remote viewing techniques can let you see people, places and things remotely from you, without using the five senses most currently think of as the only way to receive information. Remote viewing and other psychic abilities are not out of body experiences, either. Instead, you can take advantage of remote viewing as a power you already have and just don’t know about. You can absolutely see objects, people and places without physically being there, but by using remote viewing techniques.

Lucid dreaming is also often referred to as conscious dreaming, in that one can often exercise a certain degree of control over the dream, unlike with regular dreaming.
