For those people who have an addiction, or for those affected by the addiction of a loved one or close friend, it’s clear what an addiction means in “real” terms. All of the precious memories of the occasions and special times of our lives, are accessible to us through the memory. Memory loss is a decline in recalling past events. Also known as amnesia, its onset may either be slow or sudden and it can be permanent or temporary. Depending on what caused the loss of memory it can manifest as a limited ability to recall recent events, the distant past or a combination of both.
Long term anxiety stress can lead to depression and a high state of anxiety which can affect our bodies. Thus, it needs to be acknowledged and treated. Medications have been used for years to help the afflicted to feel less stress, without looking at other ways in which they could have been helped, such as with dietary changes. These changes are not damaging to the body and thus can work with the body to return it to homeostasis without harmful drugs.
Every employee who falls under the so-called rat race would feel really challenged in the work world where job demands will leave you but feeling stressed out more often than not. For us to be able to face all the pressures and come out victorious in the end, stress management is a skill we must also master.
In the corporate world, workers including those in the management position are faced with work related stress on an ongoing basis. The goal of going into a stress management course is not to unrealistically eradicate stress but simply to alleviate it in bearable levels by helping you stay motivated and focused to meet objectives. Concern only begins when workers get overstressed and unable to keep up with the increasing work demands, making them feel overwhelmed.
